Drivers come first.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Trucking companies pay us when we introduce them to drivers. Under California law and the laws of several other states, that is a “sale” of your personal information. You can tell us to stop, and this is where you do it.

Enter the cell number you gave us and tap the button. That's the whole process. We will not ask you to make an account, prove who you are, or answer any questions — an opt-out isn't supposed to require any of that.

This is all we need to find you. We will not ask you for an ID.

Free, every time. We will not remove you from matching, charge you, or treat you differently for asking. You can also call (708) 852-3088 or email contact@truckapply.com.

What happens after you tap it

  • We stop offering your profile to any carrier, immediately.
  • Any carrier that already received your information is notified that you opted out, and is required by our agreement with them to stop using it.
  • Your saved preferences stay on file unless you also ask us to delete them, so you can turn matching back on later if you want.
  • You are not removed from anything else and nothing about your experience changes. There is nothing to charge you for, and we will not treat you differently.

If you use a browser signal

We honor Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends that signal, we treat it as an opt-out for that browser automatically — you don't need to fill anything out. But a browser signal doesn't know your phone number, so if you have already submitted the form, use the field above so we can connect it to your record.

Other things you might want

To delete everything, get a copy of what we hold, correct something, or stop calls and texts, use the full privacy request form. To read what we collect and who gets it, see the Privacy Policy.

Prefer a human? Call (708) 852-3088 or email contact@truckapply.com. Either one counts as a request from the moment you send it.
