Your Privacy Choices
Pick what you want and give us the number you used. We extend every one of these rights to every driver in the United States, not just the states that require it.
The first three take effect the moment you submit and need no verification at all. The rest we confirm within 10 business days and finish within 45 days.
Two things we keep even if you delete
We want to be straight with you about this rather than have you find out later.
- A scrambled version of your phone number. That's how we keep you off our call list forever. If we forgot your number entirely, nothing would stop us from calling you again the next time you turned up in a list.
- The record of what you agreed to and when. If a call we made is ever questioned, that record is the proof we were permitted to make it. It is never used for marketing, it is never sold, and it is not part of your profile.
Both of these are recognized exceptions to the deletion right. Everything else goes.
If we say no
We'll tell you why in writing and point to the specific reason. You can appeal using the form above, and we'll answer within 45 days. If we still deny it, we'll give you your state Attorney General's contact information so you can complain about us.
Health information
